The new facility marks TTi’s second warehouse location in the St. Louis area, significantly increasing regional capacity and strengthening the company’s Midwest presence and investment in one of the nation’s most strategic freight and distribution markets.
Located within the Earth City Trade Center, the facility features 15 dock doors, secure warehouse space, and a high-efficiency cross-dock layout designed to support faster freight movement, inventory management, and time-sensitive distribution throughout the Midwest and across North America.

The expanded footprint provides customers with greater capacity and flexibility for regional distribution, cross-docking, short- and long-term warehousing, project staging, inventory management, and nationwide transportation.
