Haywood Mall Announces Lineup of New Retail and Dining Openings for 2026

Haywood Mall, located in Greenville, South Carolina, has unveiled plans for a significant expansion of its retail and dining offerings, with a series of new establishments set to open throughout 2026. The upcoming additions are expected to enhance the shopping and entertainment experience for visitors.

Among the retailers slated for a 2026 debut are FP Movement, Fit2Run, Kendra Scott, Clarks, and Rowan. These brands cover a range of categories, from activewear and athletic footwear to jewelry and fashion footwear, indicating a diversification of the mall’s tenant mix.

In addition to the retail outlets, the mall will also welcome new dining options. The Indian restaurant Kolapasi is scheduled to open its doors in 2026, adding to the culinary diversity available at Haywood Mall. The fast-fashion retailer Primark is also part of the planned openings for the same year.
