Effective October 1, 2026, Sachin Puri became Chief Executive Officer, and Sharon Rowlands transitioned from Chief Executive Officer to Chairperson of the Board. Newfold is also strengthening its leadership team with the appointment of Sarah Hartline Morrison as Chief Marketing Officer of Network Solutions Group, the promotion of Satish Hemachandran to Chief Product Officer of Bluehost Group, and the appointment of Jesu Joseph as Vice President, Data and Business Analytics. These appointments are part of a broader investment in leadership capabilities across AI, data, product and marketing.

Morrison brings more than 20 years of growth and marketing leadership, most recently as Chief Growth Officer at Code.org, now CodeAI, where she led growth for a platform serving more than 100 million users and partnerships with Google, Amazon, Microsoft and OpenAI. She previously held senior marketing roles at Neiman Marcus Group and AT&T.

Morrison brings deep experience in modern marketing, digital transformation and strategic partnerships and will lead the global marketing organization, including customer acquisition and go-to-market, as well as strategic product partnerships for Network Solutions Group. She will report to Puri.

As Chief Product Officer, Hemachandran will lead Bluehost’s global product organization and shape the company’s product vision and strategy, including its product roadmap, user experience and strategic product integrations.
