Experienced Education and Program Management Leader Brings Expertise in Early Childhood Education, Student Services, and Family Engagement

Chapman brings extensive experience in education, student services, program management and operations, along with a strong academic background in education. She holds a Master of Science in Education in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education (Interdisciplinary Studies), graduating cum laude from Dallas Baptist University.

Throughout her career, Chapman has worked directly with students, families, educators and education-based organizations. Most recently, she served as a Director of Student Services and Program Manager at a private school serving middle and high school students, where she managed enrollment, scheduling and academic planning while overseeing student progress and strengthening family engagement.

Previously, Chapman served as an Operations Director and Customer Success Manager at a supplemental education center in Washington, D.C., where she helped drive significant enrollment growth and increased revenue while strengthening operations and the overall student and family experience. She also served as a Program Manager and Educator with a nationally recognized university-based program for academically talented students, where she provided instruction to learners from around the world and collaborated with colleagues to improve curriculum and instructional programs.

Her earlier experience includes serving as an Operations Manager, Program Manager and Math Educator for a public school district in Texas, where she led instruction for hundreds of learners and helped achieve significant improvements in student achievement and state assessment performance.

That combination of educational expertise, operational leadership and experience working with students and families makes Chapman a natural fit for The Goddard School of Old Town Alexandria.
