ExpoFP Launches Interactive Floor Plan Integration for Cvent Events

Organizers can keep Cvent as a source of event data while adding interactive floor plans, digital wayfinding and synchronized exhibitor and session information.

HAWTHORNE, NJ, UNITED STATES, August 13, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — ExpoFP today announced the availability of its interactive floor plan integration for Cvent Events. The integration enables event organizers using both systems to display a searchable, zoomable venue map inside their Cvent Attendee Hub while transferring exhibitor and session information from Cvent to ExpoFP.

Built using the Cvent REST API, the integration provides a scheduled one-way data sync from Cvent to ExpoFP. Organizers can continue managing exhibitors and sessions in Cvent, which remains the source of truth for synchronized information.

Inside Cvent Attendee Hub, attendees can zoom and explore the venue, search by exhibitor, category or booth, open exhibitor profiles, locate sessions and amenities, and use digital wayfinding to navigate the event. The same floor plan can also be made available through a standalone URL that works in mobile browsers without requiring an additional app download.

“Organizers already manage critical exhibitor and session data in Cvent. This integration lets them use that information in an interactive ExpoFP floor plan without rebuilding the same event data in another system,” said Ross Sudentas, Founder and CEO of ExpoFP. “Attendees get a searchable map and digital wayfinding, while event teams keep Cvent as their source of truth.”

The integration also supports ExpoFP’s exhibitor and sponsor visibility tools, including Featured Listings, Logo in Booth and Logo in Header placements. These settings are managed in ExpoFP and remain in place when synchronized information is updated from Cvent.

Most events can be connected within days once the credentials and floor plan materials are available. The integration is available for paid ExpoFP plans and can be used with self-service floor plans or maps created by ExpoFP’s professional design team.
