TRS Services Joins Allied Power Group, Expanding Turbine Repair Capabilities and Solutions

HOUSTON, TX, UNITED STATES, August 19, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — TRS Services, LLC (TRS), a portfolio company of Battle Investment Group, has completed its sale to Allied Power Group (APG), combining two turbine repair services providers with deep technical expertise and complementary capabilities across component repair solutions for Siemens, Alstom, and GE industrial gas turbines. Transaction terms were not disclosed.

TRS provides maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for component parts of industrial gas turbine engines to a customer base that includes turbine owner-operators, original equipment manufacturers, and independent service providers. The company’s solutions reduce downtime and minimize repair cycle cost for customers, extending the useful life of mission-critical infrastructure used in electricity generation. TRS operates from two adjacent facilities in Houston totaling 75,000 square feet, and is in the midst of expanding through the addition of a 50,000 square foot advanced repair center.

Also headquartered in Houston, APG is a leading independent service provider for power generation equipment, supporting a broad range of gas and steam turbines and generators. APG offers comprehensive solutions including component repair, rotor services, field services, and new and refurbished parts for industrial gas and steam turbine generator operators. The combination with TRS will expand APG’s component repair capabilities, particularly within Siemens and Alstom turbines, and add incremental capacity and technical expertise.
