Capital (“H.I.G.”), a leading global alternative investment firm with $75 billion of capital under management, is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Homewerks Worldwide (“Homewerks” or the “Company”), has completed the strategic acquisition of GTR Technologies (“GTR”).
Headquartered in the Seattle metro area, GTR is a leading specialist provider of ventilation fans, technology switches, access panels, and related products to the home improvement sector. Over the past several years, GTR has achieved significant sales growth, expanding its presence with major U.S. home improvement retailers, and building a growing footprint in the wholesale and distribution channels.
