Proven healthcare growth leader will unify commercial strategy and expand how Alerion supports health plans navigating financial, clinical, operational and regulatory complexity
NEW YORK, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Alerion Advisors today announced the appointment of Dean Gutridge as Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, Gutridge will lead enterprise growth strategy across Alerion and its family of companies—Toney Healthcare, Advent Advisory Group and Rebellis Group—strengthening commercial integration, expanding strategic client relationships and accelerating growth across the platform.
Alerion Advisors brings together expertise spanning clinical services, utilization management, compliance, quality, audit, pharmacy, financial strategy and operational performance. Delivered through Toney Healthcare, Rebellis Group and Advent Advisory Group, these capabilities help health plans and their partners identify performance challenges, implement practical solutions and measure results through one accountable organization.
Gutridge brings extensive experience developing growth strategies and building partnerships across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and other payer markets. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Growth at The Helper Bees, where he expanded relationships with national and regional health plans, helped launch new solutions and supported growth across government programs. He previously held leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare, building deep experience in payer operations, business development and strategic partnerships.
“Dean brings a powerful combination of healthcare market knowledge, commercial leadership and a deep understanding of the challenges health plans face today,” said Jason Montrie, Chief Executive Officer of Alerion Advisors. “He knows how to identify complex challenges, bring the right capabilities together and connect strategy with execution—delivering practical solutions and measurable results for our clients.”
“Health plans are facing a perfect storm of margin pressure, heightened CMS scrutiny, intensifying competition and continuous regulatory change. They are being asked to improve financial, clinical, operational and regulatory performance simultaneously—and they need partners who understand the full picture and can act alongside them,” said Gutridge. “I’ve built my career around connecting the right solutions to complex challenges, which is what made the opportunity to join Alerion so compelling. Alerion has assembled strategy, operations, compliance, quality, audit, clinical execution and pharmacy expertise into one integrated platform that can diagnose problems, implement solutions and quantify results.”
Gutridge will work closely with Alerion’s executive leadership and operating company presidents to strengthen enterprise account strategy and develop solutions addressing the most pressing priorities facing health plans and their partners.
Alerion Advisors supports health plans, providers and partners across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, TRICARE, Commercial and ACA markets—helping organizations improve performance and execute with greater clarity, speed and accountability.
