Firewatch Stars Cissy Jones and Rich Sommer Reunite for 10-Year Anniversary Stream on National Video Game Day

Cissy Jones and Rich Sommer return as Delilah and Henry, joined by guest streamer Jesse Cox for Sept. 12 NAVA Foundation fundraiser

LOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, September 9, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Ten years after Firewatch introduced players to Henry and Delilah, the actors behind the game’s central characters are reuniting to celebrate its anniversary on National Video Game Day.

The National Association of Voice Actors (NAVA) will host a Firewatch 10-Year Anniversary reunion stream this Saturday, Sept. 12, at 2 p.m. PT on its Twitch channel, @navavoices, featuring Cissy Jones, the voice of Delilah, and Rich Sommer, the voice of Henry. Gaming creator Jesse Cox will join them as guest streamer.

The event will raise funds for the NAVA Foundation in support of efforts to keep human voices and performances in video games.

Developed by Campo Santo and released in 2016, Firewatch is a first-person mystery set in the Wyoming wilderness. Much of its story unfolds through radio conversations between fire lookout Henry and his supervisor, Delilah, making the performances of Sommer and Jones central to the experience.

Jones won the 2017 BAFTA Games Award for Performer for her portrayal of Delilah in Firewatch. The game also received the BAFTA for Debut Game that year.

“What people remember about Firewatch isn’t just what they saw on screen. They remember Henry and Delilah and the relationship Rich and Cissy created between them,” said Matthew Parham, Operations Director of NAVA. “Ten years later, National Video Game Day gives us a great reason to bring them back together and celebrate the performances that helped make this game what it is. We’re also raising money for the NAVA Foundation because we want to make sure human performers continue to have a place in games. The characters people connect with come from real people bringing something of themselves to those performances, and that’s worth protecting.”

In support of the event, Gaming Community Expo (GCX) will mirror the stream for its audience.
