Caesars Palace is welcoming one of the best bars in the world this fall in tandem with the resort’s 60th anniversary celebrations. Known for its outstanding mixology, carefully selected ingredients and clever presentation, SIPS Drinkery House will take over VISTA Cocktail Lounge from Oct. 31 through Dec. 31 and give guests the sip of a lifetime. “For six decades, Caesars Palace has set the stage for world-class hospitality and unforgettable experiences guests cannot find anywhere else,” said Sean McBurney, Chief Commercial Officer and Regional President of Caesars Entertainment. “As we celebrate this milestone year, our partnership with SIPS unites one of the world’s most influential cocktail destinations with one of the most iconic resorts on The Strip. The collaboration reflects our commitment to continually introducing innovative experiences while staying true to the timeless spirit that has defined Caesars Palace for generations.”
Named The World’s Best Bar by The World’s 50 Best Bars 2023, SIPS has remained among the industry’s elite, ranking No.3 globally in both 2024 and 2025 while earning recognition as The Best Bar in Europe. Founded by bartenders Simone Caporale and Marc Álvarez in 2021, SIPS reimagines the cocktail experience by putting flavor first. Built on the belief that glassware and presentation should elevate, not distract from, the drink itself, the Barcelona bar combines innovative technique and familiar flavors to deliver memorable cocktails.
“Knowing that an iconic global institution like Caesars Palace recognizes the excellent hospitality and cocktail creativity of an independent bar in Barcelona proves that what’s made with purpose will be remembered by many,” said Simone Caporale, Co-Founder of SIPS. “We’re so excited to bring SIPS to Caesars Palace and translate the cocktail experience into great memories in Las Vegas.”
At VISTA Cocktail Lounge, guests can enjoy signature cocktails from Barcelona that showcase SIPS’ flavor-first philosophy and distinctive approach to presentation. The Purple Rain, an elegant, modern take on a whiskey sour, features bourbon mellowed with wild sour honey and beetroot. For a refreshing option, the Mosaic combines pisco brandy with aromatic woods from the Amazon rainforest and is served in a painted glass reminiscent of Barcelona’s modernist art movement.
