GeneAI Forecast already combines genomic information with key health biomarkers, including BMI, blood pressure and glucose levels, to provide a more comprehensive assessment of individual health risk. This update adds average resting heart rate as a new digital biomarker, introducing an additional layer of physiological information into the platform.

Average resting heart rate is associated with cardiovascular fitness, autonomic nervous system activity, stress, recovery and overall health status. Through integration with leading health applications and wearable devices, GeneAI Forecast can incorporate resting heart rate information alongside other health and behavioral data, including average daily step counts.
