Ms. Kinback brings experience representing landowners, developers, and businesses in a broad range of land use, affordable housing, redevelopment, environmental, and real estate matters throughout New Jersey.

In addition to regularly appearing before planning and zoning boards throughout the State, Ms. Kinback has experience handling land use and real estate litigation, including planning and zoning board appeals, challenges to municipal ordinances, affordable housing matters and environmental permitting issues. Her environmental litigation experience includes matters involving CERCLA and New Jersey’s Spill Compensation and Control Act. Prior to practicing law, she served as a senior engineer with the Ocean County Department of Engineering and continues to maintain her New Jersey Professional Engineer license.
