SWAN QUARTER, NC – Keith Richard Fulford, Jr. received a sentence on July 27 in Swain County, North Carolina, for multiple child sex-related offenses. The charges included first-degree statutory sex offenses and indecent liberties with a child.
During the sentencing hearing, victims of the crimes provided impact statements. These statements were considered by the court in determining the final sentence.
For the first-degree statutory sex offense, Fulford was sentenced to a term of imprisonment ranging from a minimum of 220 months to a maximum of 324 months. Additional, separate sentences were imposed for the other charges he faced.
